Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

@rameshc Unfortunately I am having an issue with web interface not loading properly in Chrome (please see the screenshot below). It looks like the CSS isn't being loaded properly. It does seem to work ok in Firefox.
I don't suppose there is any chance of a fix?
Can this be downloaded over SSH as well ?

password : Your actual password
2)
Check the name
If name was wrong, set the new name:
Wrong name:rcks_fw.bl7
Right name:
xclaim/1.0.0/xi-2_rcks_fw.bl7
or
xclaim/1.0.0/xi-3_rcks_fw.bl7
To change the name:
fw set control xclaim/1.0.0/xi-2_rcks_fw.bl7
or
fw set control xclaim/1.0.0/xi-3_rcks_fw.bl7
and hit enter
To check the changed name, write:
fw show

type:
fw set host 23.236.53.216
and hit enter
4)
type:
fw update
and hit enter
5)
If error accures, type the command:
fw set host update.xclaimwireless.com
or fw set host https://update.xclaimwireless.com
and hit enter
5.1)
type:
fw update
and hit enter
6)
When successful activate "rebooting" by typing:
reboot
and hit enter
7)
After reeboting, check the required version:
get version
fw show
fw show all

after upgrading with this latest firmware, it is impossible for me to access the AP through a web browser!
What is your suggestion in this case?
Can we downgrade?
If not, how can we manage the AP apart from Cloud?
