Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

NO RESPONSE FROM RMA

I have a xclaim xi-3 access point which has wireless connection drop issue. I applied for RMA online but did not get any reply. I then applied again for the second time, i did get a mail to follow some steps to resolve the issue. I replied to that mail but again no reply. Please suggest what is the RMA procedure.

    I'm was having the same after the last firmware. Resetting it in the cloudmanager fixed it for me(it wipes it and you then have to reassign the networks to the AP, but it pushes the config fine and you are back in business as the whole time it remains registered in cloudmanager) For the most part - it still isn't quite what it was signal-wise or something else it slightly off compared to what I'm used to. Ordered a NanoHD from Ubiquity anyway to replace it since I figure xclaim is over.
