Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to September 30, 2021.

why do wireless clients not receive a IP address?

I must have missed something. I have an X1-2 unit. I have set it up for two networks, one guest access and one for corporate use. The unit has a green light solid on. It is viewable in Cloud controll as are the networks. However I can't get onto the AP because the client does not receive an IP address. Signal strength is excellent. What have I missed?
