Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.
AP's Keep Going Offline - BT
Hi All,
Just in the past week we've had all of AP randomly going offline and coming back online. Do you know if the latest firmware would be causing this?
we have 7 x Xi-3 and running 2.2.0.0.39
Like I said its very Random.
Any help would be Great

This has become urgent now. Any ideas?
We have same problem, we have 13 * Xi-3, they go offline randomly and sometimes they coming back online and sometimes they stay offline.
Also here, but strange enough, its the many (3 per week) mail notifications that I get since about 6 weeks ago. When even I logon the cloud I see that those were false notifications as all is working fine. Also I do not hear from my clients sites about any abnormal WiFi situation; so I guess its purely a cloud manager fault. I have 13x Xi-3 and 1x Xi-2

Ruckus/Xclaim has a big issue with their Cloud provider/backend, although I can't tell you a cause (they won't tell us what causes this issue) I do know that they're working on a fix/solution.
Hope this can be solved soon, very inconvenient.
I have 196 AP going online and offline from Xi1 Xi2 and Xi3 whats the problem?
