Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.
No Serial Number
We installed an Xi-o but documented the wrong Sieral Number as we took it off the box that it was packed in (but APs were swapped around in our shop while we were setting things up). I have the MAC Address D4:68:4D:2E:A6:40 / can you forward me the Serial or bind the AP to one of our accounts?

Hello ,
We currently do not have the ability to retreive the AP's serial number using it's MAC address. You should also find the AP's serial number when you look at the sticker at the back of the AP.
