xclaim xi-1 is getting disconnect after few hours and again when i hard reset it will work.
Is the LED status solid green when the AP is connected to the CloudManager ?
yes it connect cloud manager, after few hours or few days it disconnect and led status goes to red.

The AP's LED blinking RED could indicate that it has lost connectivity with the Cloud . THis could be caused due to internet issues as well. Does the AP's LED change back to GREEN after a while?
No, there are more than 6 AP. other AP are okay, when i changed to different network same problem happens.
Can you please shoot an email to vybhav.ramachandran at ruckuswireless.com when you see this problem occuring? We can get on a call and troubleshoot it , if that's ok with you?
