Dear Support Team,
we have an issue with one of our APs (AP-17).
We get emails with a offline message and if we look to our account, we don´t see that the AP is really offline. Also the uptime of this AP is 15d 6h so it should be OK right?
Can you please help us?
Also we have the problem, that if we got a "offline" message via email, there was no "online" message. Is it possible to get this feature?
At least I have the problem, that I can´t give you my account name or AP serial because then all forum users know these details. I know that I also can write a PN but then it´s not clear, if the person is in vacation or something. What is the best way to open a SECURE support ticket and get a fast answer?
