I have an Xi-1 in our test lab and I am trying to upgrade its firmware from 18.104.22.168.50 to 22.214.171.124.68 as the cloud manager portal tells me the upgrade is available but everytime I try it it fails. Any suggestions?

Can you please confirm the LED status on the AP? Is it solid GREEN?
Yes it is solid green, i tell the cloud platform to update the firmware and it reboots the AP, the LED goes red so I assume it is rebooting, I check back 10 mins later and the cloud platform tells me it rebooted but it still has an upgrade available to it.
Can you please email the S/N of the AP to [email protected] ?

Does the AP version still show the old version(or) does it shown 126.96.36.199.68? We have a known issue with the upgrade button lighting up in some cases even when the AP is running the latest version.
You should be able to see the AP's firmware version by scrolling down the side-bar that pops up when you click on an access point.
Hey guys, a Ruckus support rep called me and we sorted it, thanks for everyone's help! our update repository was pointed at a different location as we had a non standard AP, after pointing it to the default location it picked up the update.
