Hi Guys,
After the last CloudManager update the status of 3 Xi-1 AP's aren't available anymore.
If I use the "Online/Offline" button (Tab AccessPoints), no changes in the status of the AP's is

being displayed.
Also looking at the dashboard, you've noticed that 4 AP's are offline, but when you take a look at the "Online AP health" no AP's are displayed which need audit. You would expect that the 4 offline AP's are displayed there.
(I've added some screenshots to make things clear)
Please let me know.
BR!
Hello @Heathland,
This is a expected behavior. Health, Update Available and Up time will be displayed only for Online AP's. Offline AP's will not be shown in Need Audit.
Thanks
Ramesh
Hi Rameshc,
Thank you for replying, but what I tried to make clear, is that 3 AP's went offline in the CloudManager after (!) you guys updated CloudManager.
AP's are still online at the customer site, but I can't manage them anymore. Can you investigate this?
I also think that it is confusing that offline AP's don't need "audit", can you make us clear, when an AP needs audit, what issues we can expect?
(eg. AP has a misconfiguration or AP has a High CPU load)
BR!
Hello @Heathland,
Can you please let me know good time to debug offline issue ?
Thanks
Ramesh
What about uptime...? It goes down, up, down, up the last couple of days...

Hello @rmeijer,
We have a efficient fail over mechanism so any downtime will have very minimal impact. Can you please let us know If had any major impact ?
Thanks
Ramesh
@rameshc; no... the impact is zero (except of being stalked all the time with up/down messages).
Thanks @rmeijer. Glad to know that there is zero impact. Our team is working round the clock to make this CloudManager more efficient.
Thanks
Ramesh
Hi Rameshc,
We have some upcoming holiday's.
Feel free to contact me via mail, no problem, so we can setup a debug session.
BR!
Hi Ramesch,
Little update: After three power cycles onsite at one location (each), the two Xi-1 AP's managed to pop up "online" again in CloudManager.
Again, no behaviour you would expect, after a CloudManager upgrade and very inconvenient.
Still want to debug? Let me know!
BR!
Hello @Heathland,
Let me your comfortable date and time. Would like to have a quick debug session.
Thanks
Ramesh
Hi Ramesh,
Friday April 1st? Don't know exactly which Time Zone you guy's are living ..
BR!
Leave the debugging Ramesh, I have visited the customer onsite en rebooted the Xi-1 for a few times.
After that the the AP was visiable/managable again in CloudManager.
Next time you guys will perform a CloudManager update, is it an idea, that you create a topic, mention the date on which you will perform the update? If things go wrong, we (as customers) at least know there were an upgrade/maintenance regarding (in this case) CloudManager or (eg) a new firmware release for the AP's.
BR!
