Cant access X3 locally

Trying to access one AP via IP address and the user/Password that I used while setting up with Harmony is not working. I have tried the MGF user/password but no luck. Any suggestions?

I did not do the update correctly so my cloud control is not working hence my connection via VPN to try to gain access to each AP and reboot.
