Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

CloudManager has been updated to incorporate some bug-fixes .

The new CloudManager version is v1.0.2 (55) .

    Hello,
    on the xclaim homepage it says the new Cloudmanager release is 1.2 but when I log in I can only see v1.0.2 (55).
    Any reason why? How can I update to 1.2?

    1.0.2(55) is the latest version. You should be good to go.

    Hi!

    I have noticed that I don't get statistics from access point. In my cloud manager I see the AP. But then it loses connection. I have red led blinking on AP and status

    Now the interesting thing is that I'm listening web radio so I'm making some traffic all the time.

    I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.

    Please can you check my account? I have here enough AP's so I can change to any model you want ;)

    ADD on: after some struggling with my router I found out that I have blocked pings to 8.8.8.8.

    I think this is also causing some problems.

    When I attach AP to router with ping allowed they it looks fine. I will wait until tommorow to see what happens ;)
