Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

Hi @Progjes,
Are you able to see the networks assigned to the AP in the CloudManager ?
Thanks
Ramesh
Hi Ramesh, luckily I could connect to the cloudmanager by 3G on my iPhone, where I discovered that the network was not assigned to the AP anymore. Fixed it and now it works again. Strange though that the network was removed spontaniously, just when I was in the middle of browsing, without doing anything in cloud manager... Bug?
Hi Ramesh, sorry I did change one thing, namely the AP name. Therefore the networks were removed. Sorry for the misunderstanding, The upgrade works flawless!
What does this release do for Harmony users?
Hi @Progjes,
Thanks for the update.
Regards
Ramesh
Hi @DAVIDBARROW,
There is no new update or features added for Harmony.

as a stickler for accurate communication in emails and especially release announcements.... note:
"Your access point should automatically detect this firmware availability within the next 24 hours. Once detected, the “UPDATE” button in CloudManager should “light” up (please see screenshot below for reference). "
1.The button is "UPGRADE" and not "UPDATE"
2. the screenshot referred to does not appear in email received.
3. Suggest guide users to the spot where the UPGRADE button is to be found (need to select the appropriate AP etc.
Hi Ramesh,
I have 4 Xi-3s at a client's home. Three of the four successfully updated, but a fourth did not. The "upgrade" option is no longer green and "upgrade all" does not work at all. I have tried rebooting the AP and that does not work either. The offending AP is running .37.
I was hoping to not have to factory reset, etc. Any thoughts?
Thanks.
Hi @ctdefender110,
Is it possible to get remote access to the AP ? IF you are OK I can set up a webex session now.
Thanks
Ramesh
Absolutely. If you give me a link or whatever you do, we can do that.
just looked at cloud manager to check the IP of the AP for our webex and saw that the upgrade button is green again. so you know, i upgraded on friday night prior to the email coming out and the forum post.
i am going to try again and will let you know how i do.
Sure @ctdefender110. Keep me posted.
Regards
Ramesh
ramesh,
all set. cloud manager must come back on a timed basis and check the APs so that it caught that this one hadn't been upgraded yet and turned the button green again.
thanks for the prompt attention to this.
Any way to upgrade it using a download? Have an Xi-3 that keeps on rebooting after trying to upgrade the AP. It says it's still on 2.0.0.0.370.
Reset and adding it to the cloud again didn't help.
Hi @Geert,
Is the AP shown online in CloudManager ?
Thanks
Ramesh
Yes it is.
Hi @Geert,
Is the Upgrade option not enabled in the AP Edit page ?
Thanks
Ramesh
The upgrade option is there. But it keeps on rebooting after doing that. Red blinking led, green, etc.
Hi @Geert,
Can we do a quick webex ?
Thanks
Ramesh
of course.
Sent can you please join.
Thanks
Ramesh
I have 9 xi-3 7 have upgraded and 2 have not it still says its on old firmware and showing off line
Hi @kopcom,
Can you please reboot the AP which are shown offline to get them upgraded ? Old AP firmware bug might be causing the AP's not to upgrade.
Regards
Ramesh
I have two access points X-i3. I had register both of them and one of the is online and working fine. the other is still showing off-line even after rebooting it from the xclaim manager several times. The firmware is showing "unknow". why is the firmware not getting install?
