Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.
Internet connectivity

I have 3 APs running and I occasionally am running into performance issues whereby when I try to connect to a web site it hangs for minutes and fails to connect. If I turn my wireless connectivity on and off on my macbook, I find that it connects and I can surf the web without any performance issues. Is this an issue with interference between my APs. Each AP has its only channel on both 2.4 and 5ghz. Client isolation is turned off.

Hi @rhutch99,
Can you set some static channel's in the AP ? What you are experiencing might due to channel interference.
Thanks
Ramesh
Where do I set static channels? Each AP has its own 2.4 (e.g 6 and 11) and 5ghz channel (44 and 100).
Hello @rhutch99 ,
If you are configuring the access points through CloudManager, you will be able to set the channel from the "Access Points" configuration section.
If you are locally managing the access points via either Harmony/AP's Web UI, then you should be able to login to the AP's Web UI , and change the channel under the 2.4 and 5GHz radio settings.

Vybhav
They each have their own channel but I am still experiencing the same issues. Any suggestions?
Hi @rhutch99,
Is this issue occurring only with your MAC book ?
Thanks
Ramesh
Yes it is only with our 3 laptops. Everything else seems to be working including Sonos, Samsung Blueray streaming Netflix etc. It seems to be an issue when we try and go to a website. It hangs...and hangs...I turn the wifi on/off and it seems to fix the problem for a period of time. Or, I change from safari to chrome and it works for a period of time but then it has the issue with chrome.
