Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

**Limitation for Harmony users: **
By default while creating a network/SSID in the Harmony, Client Isolation feature is enabled.
AP cannot be managed by the network/SSID which has client isolation feature enabled. Please ensure that Client isolation feature is disabled for the network/SSID through which AP is managed.

How do you re-enabled the wubUI and SSH?
If the AP is managed by CloudManager you cannot do that.
First, I don't use the Harmony app, I configure the units using the WebUI. Why would you disable the WebUI just because it's managed by CloudManager? I'm lost on the reasoning here.
Disregard my previous post on configuring the units via the WebUI, I've finally figured out how to properly use the CloudManager to configure them. I can now see why you have disabled the WebUI and SSH for APs controlled by the CloudManager...althought...I'd still like to be able to get some stats (info on devices connected) from the units via the WebUI or SSH, but not necessarily be able to change settings.
