Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.
Can't login web interface

I have 1 unit Xi-2 AP and i have go through few discussion over here , said need upgrade firmware to resolve this issue but the problem is my gateway is 192.168.0.1(same with the preset IP inside AP). So how to configure another IP and gateway for AP access internet to firmware upgrade?

Hi @kwonghc,
If the AP is connected to the LAN you should be able to get a IP from DHCP. Unless you have a LAN connection to the AP, AP cannot be upgraded.

May i know what is the host name of the AP , i try find it out from the DHCP list.

Look for the MAC address of the AP. You can find the MAC Address of the AP from the back panel of the AP.
Couldn't find AP MAC address in DHCP list.
Is the LED blinking for LAN connection ?
I have get it solve by reserved an IP address to AP MAC address. Not sure why it was not getting IP address from my DHCP server.
