I get this error message when I try to add the ap in the Could manager.
AP previously claimed by someone else.
I have tryed to reset it, but it does not work.
Can you please reach out to the vendor that you purchased the AP from and check if they can delete it from their account?
Sorry, they are reseller, and apparent this is a demo is bought. So they don't have the info.
