A user had reset an X3 so now it's off in cloud manager.
How can I do to get the X3 download again his settings ?
Was the AP deleted from the CloudManager or just a factory reset from the AP itself ? If the AP is deleted from the CloudManager all the settings has to be done again.
First it was just reset and it was impossible to make it connected again to the cloudManager.
So I deleted it from cloudmanager and done settings again, but nothing.
After reseting it many times always the same AP blink green and after fix red
I try to manage this problem remotely (AP is on client site) but it seems that there is also an internet access problem and I didn't have this information.
