Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to September 30, 2021.

Best practices to follow while configuring Xclaim APs through Harmony
- When using the Harmony app while setting up your first WLAN, a pop-up message appears in the app suggesting/recommending that the user connect their Xclaim AP to one of the configured WLANs(not to xclaim-setup SSID). This way, the Harmony app on either an iOS or Android device will not bounce from one Xclaim AP set-up to another, as yet, un-configured Xclaim AP. This ensures a stable connection with the network during the AP discovery and configuration phase.
- Make sure client isolation is disabled on WLAN through which you would like to manage/monitor APs using Harmony.
