Ap's Offline, unable to add to cloud

I have two AP's Xi-3, that I am testing with, there are more AP's not working properly, that are unable to connect to the cloud manager. I can add the serial number, but they never connect to the cloud manager.

  • They have a stable internet connection(tested on two locations)
  • The have the latest firmware
  • Their WebGUI is working fine
  • I have reset them to factory default
  • I have rebooted them multiple times. Also within a spam of 10 minutes.
