1 Xo-1 AP Not reporting to Cloud Manager properly

I have 2 Xo-1 AP connected to Cloud Manager, but 1 AP is not reporting its status correctly. Mainly, the uptime is constantly floating between 1-4m and the clients connected to that AP are not all showing up.
Any suggestion on what I can do to resolve this?
The other AP on the same switch is reporting fine.
