since few days all access point in our tenat are offline,how we can resolve?

I am having the same problem, will removing and adding the aps again fix this issue.
Please reboot the AP twice in space of 10 minutes for AP to upgrade to the latest firmware.
I have done this already and I am on the latest firmware 18.104.22.168.45, as this is not working I would like to ask if deleting and re-adding them from the cloud portal will fix this issue?
We have released a firmware today. The latest firmware is 22.214.171.124.46.
