I have an AP XI-3. When I Connect AP Internet, the LED is flashing red, and on cloudmanager, the AP is off-line.
I've reset factory and delete the AP in the cloudmanager.
The problem is the same.

I have experienced the same issue. Is there a problem with one of your cloud servers maybe?
We have addressed the issue. Please upgrade to the latest firmware by rebooting the AP twice in space of 10 minutes.
