APs Still Showing Offline

in CloudManager
Despite messages that a supposed 'glitch' has now been resolved, my APs are still showing as Offline on CloudManager.
How can we get these to register back as Online (they are working on site)?

There are few customers who still facing the offline issue. We are working with our Cloud service provider to get this resolved. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.
