@rameshc I've tried to physically unplug power supply and reconnect it but the access point still shows as "offline" in the cloud manager.
All our 13 access points are in the same situation, please give us a fast and effective solution.
Blinking green indicates AP is trying to reach CloudManager. Since all the AP's deployed worldwide are trying to join back at the same time we see some lag in AP's getting the connection to the CloudManager.
Hi @rameshc , green led is still blinking on the device that I have rebooted and all the 13 APs still appear offline. I do hope they'll be able to reconnect to the cloud in a few hours. Please let us know why this issue has happened again after a few months.

Most of the AP should come back online. A reboot is the worst case scenario.
