Cannot add Xi-3 back to Cloud Manager

I was having some issues with connectivity and as I have done in the past, I deleted my Xi-3 config from Cloud Manager and attempted to add it back. I now cannot get it setup correctly.

  1. I enter serial number an other requested information
  2. The AP shows up in the display but what has changed is that Cloud Manager will not display its MAC address or an IP address.
  3. My router shows but an assigned IP address and the MAC address associated with it.
  4. The Xi-3 is broadcasting the 'xclaim-setup' SSID and I can connext to this SSID from a wirelsss device and gain internet access.

Can someone suggest what I can do to fix this??
