why do wireless clients not receive a IP address?

I must have missed something. I have an X1-2 unit. I have set it up for two networks, one guest access and one for corporate use. The unit has a green light solid on. It is viewable in Cloud controll as are the networks. However I can't get onto the AP because the client does not receive an IP address. Signal strength is excellent. What have I missed?

Hi @R055c0,

Are you able to see some logs on the DHCP server corresponding to the Clients?

Note: Xclaim AP's does not have a build in DHCP server.

I have now attached the AP to a DHCP serving router but still can't logon to the AP even as a guest

Are you able to see the network broadcasted by the AP? If so can you set some set channel's on the network ?
