Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.

How to disable mesh on Xo-1? I already have backbones in my over 30 networks and your mesh making loops.

Edit the AP and make the 'AP Mesh Mode' as NONE. Attached is the screenshot.

I am not using cloud manager. Is this the only way?
And if I should go the cumbersome routine to register some hundred Xo-1 i suspect I need to enable GRE? And if so what do you mean with primary ip-address

You can use Add Multiple AP's options and import a CSV to bulk add the Access Points.

I have now registered a couple of Xo-1:s but all show down in cloud manager.
Do I need to open any ports at my networks, and does primary ip equals primary dns
Following ports needs to be opened for AP to communicate with the CloudManager SSL(TCP 443) , ICMP and NTP (UDP 123). What is the LED status of the AP ?

I know that the AP:s is working perfectly but I am 2 hours from them, so I´ll be back after open the ports. I do use 443 to communicate with my router at site. Is this a problem? Thanks for now

I still have problems with this. I now registered a few AP:s but I can´t find out to configure the AP ip-address for them. My customers are now very upset. My Company is in jepardy !! Please help!
Could you answer yes or no if GRE should be enabled, and in the attatched pitcure it looks like it is only private adresses. Does the cloud works with a number of public networks

CloudManager does not support static IP address to AP's. An only Dynamic assignment is supported. GRE is not required. We can get into call if required. Please shoot an email to [email protected]
