Currently, we do not have an option to set the static IP address/Gateway settings in the Cloudmanager.

Do I have to take down the AP's and re-configure them to work? Wow, If that's true then I'm sure it is recommended to leave them on DHCP. Any recommendations on this issue?

Hi @cloud6610,
The static IP address is not supported in Xclaim AP's. You can just factory reset the AP's by pressing the reset button behind the AP's for 8 seconds.

Question:
Does it take a few minutes for the AP to register new ISP settings once connected? I moved it over to new network but it did not change to the new gateway information.
Question #2: if I reset the device, will it pickup all of the CloudManager settings for that site or will I have to reconfigure that information in the CloudManager.

They all are registered in CloudManager. I just need them to grab the new gateway.
