I have a new customer network to deploy in the MSP portal as well as some networks that need troubleshooting. I cannot do anything with over 400 wireless access points over many networks. About how long do you think it will take to fix this? My support tickets are starting to overflow and people are getting awfully mad that I cannot fix their networks or deploy any new ones. This is bordering on a catastrophic failure taking days to rectify.

Amateurish, it should take long to correct?
A new cert, if a renewal, should take all of 20 minutes all the way from purchase to installation, and that is with waiting for them to issue it.
I really don't understand their business...

I've send @shriramrs and @rameshc a pm and an email...
It's 1 november now. Over 2 days to get a certificate installed for a site.... i really don't know what to say.
Looks like they fixed it... Maybe not...
We sincerely apologize for the delay. The certificate should be in place in next 24 hours.
Thanks
Ramesh
