previously claimed

Hi
When I add my Xi-2 to cloudmanager, I get the error that it has previously been claimed by someone else. Some of our resellers have had the same issue. Is there a common procedure like: send proof of purchase to [email protected] and then things get sorted out or must every customer facing this issue post on this forum?

Please create a service request (http://www.xclaimwireless.com/contact) in case you don't know the account name to which the AP is registered. You may be asked with the proof of ownership while reviewing the request.
