Single AP with RF OFF

I have a single AP out of the 6 at the site where cloud manager is showing channel OFF/OFF. I have power cycled, rebooted and reset the AP. How do I get the RF to turn back on? This happened after the Cloud-manager issues from earlier this week. The AP is on version

    Please check if you have attached networks to the AP.
    If networks are not attached to the AP, the channel is shown as OFF in the AP list table in the access points page.
    For example, if you have an 2.4Ghz radio enabled network attached to the Xi-3 AP, then the channel display column shows current operating channel for 2.4Ghz radio and will show OFF for the 5Ghz radio(since there is no 5Ghz radio network attached to the AP).

    That did it, Not sure how it lost the network name though. It threw me because at the bottom of the 'Networks' Screen, it showed the available network SSID that should have been broadcast.
