I have an Xi-3 that is upgraded to the latest firmware and it will not enroll in my cloud manager account. I have reset the AP and have SSH'd into it to issue the upgrade FW commands, it is at the latest version. How can I force this AP to register with cloud manager via ssh?
Hi everyone, I have problem with notification service. My notification is set to 30 minutes after AP goes offline.
I disconnected APs few times, sometimes manually, sometimes shutting down PoE but there is no notification on an e-mail.
All APs have latest firmware.
Hi, same problem. Red light. all AP are offline.
Took one away an made a reset. works now on Harmony. But we have 12 AP. Placed all over the area. With fixed installation. Can not dismount them. Cloudmanager is dead. can t add any new AP... and all AP are offline.
Reboot is not working. Also not twice in 10 min.
Please help. We are a Hotel Business opening now.
