CloudManager reports AP offline
I have a Xi-3 (firmware 126.96.36.199.68) installed for a client that is reporting that it is offline. The client tells me that his access to the Internet through the AP is working just fine. I've had him try removing power from the AP to reboot it, but it still reports offline in CloudManager.
Again, this is installed for a client so I have to make arrangements with him to have physical access to the unit.
Any help is appreciated.
