Xi-3 Solid Red Light Showing As Healthy/Online

Hi, I've been having issues with an AP that recently restarted itself every 1-2 minutes and never got a solid connection going.
This was resolved by doing a factory reset of the AP, now it is instead showing as online and healthy in the cloudmanager. This is wrong however, when you connect to the AP it does not provide Internet access at all.
The AP is showing a solid red light even though it is up and running in the cloud manager and has received an IP-address from DHCP.
How can I resolve this issue?
