Error in the process of resetting password for CloudManager


I would like to ask if there's any possibility of resetting password other way than via Forgotten Password formular.

When I try it via formular, I get an email with URL to reset password. Then after I try to confirm the new password I get an Internal Server Error (as you can see in the attached picture).

Is there any solution to this problem? Is there possibility to reset password from your side?
If it's needed I can send you an email address that given CloudManager is registered for.
