web iface/ssh doesnt work after factory reset and connect to CloudManager

Dear support, I have 2 Xi-2 APs and currently I claim them under Cloud Manager (previously I used them only with web interface) so I had to factory reset them and than connect to Cloud manager through web. All works fine BUT... since that I cannot access web interface - is it correct? and another problem is that I also cannot SSH to APs - I can "touch it " through SSH so I get login prompt but neither default or my previous login (from time before factory reset) doesnt work.

Can you help me please?

    Hello @stemby ,

    Yes, both of the behaviours that you are noticing are meant to happen. Once you manage an AP through CloudManager, we block all means of local configuration. This means that access to it's web GUI is blocked , as you correctly noticed.

    Regarding SSH access, the moment an AP starts communicating with Cloudmanager, the default username/password for SSH access is changed. This is to prevent accidental misconfiguration of the access points.
