Due to COVID-19 the customer migration out from Xclaim had slowed down in the past 15 months, to allow existing Xclaim customers extra time to complete the migration, the Xclaim Cloud Manager service will be extended from the original termination date (July 25, 2021) to December 31, 2021.
AP Led Constant Red After Factory Reset

Hello Xclaim Forums,
6+ hours ago I factory resetted my AP. I held down the reset button for 10 seconds and it rebooted. The led is not turning (or blinking) green now. When I try to connect to the AP via xclaim-setup ssid with an Android device, it gets stuck at obtaining ip address. When I set a static ip address, the device connects to the AP with an exclamation mark on the wi-fi logo and harmony can not find it. I tried rebooting, resetting, factory resetting it many times but I could not solve the problem. Help me please.

Hello @NooNsense,
Solid RED indicates AP has not received IP address from the DHCP server. Can you please check your DHCP server ?
