Weekly report with unmatched information

I have a small deployment with 10 Xi-1on-line since beginning of December. Every monday I configure CM to have a weekly report.
I noticed in the last 2 weeks few clients connected and less APs. 2 weeks ago they were 2, this week 3. But all APs are on line since months and nobody complain about APs coverage or not working.
Is it possible CM cannot collect all information? What do you suggest to do (restarting switch?)?
AsI told, no problem has been adviced from location and customers, so I do not want do something dangerous or critical.
