Cloud Manager not Seeing AP

Hi there - We have a XI-3 that we can see and configure using harmony, but when we try to see it in Cloudmanager, it does not appear. We have tried it on multiple connections (DSL/Fibre/Cellular) with the same outcomes. The AP is running the latest firmware and works fine when configured in Harmony.

    You wont be able to manage the AP through Harmony and CloudManager at the same time. Can you try following steps

    • Factory reset the AP by pressing the reset button for 8 seconds
    • Delete the AP from the Harmony APP
    • Claim the AP from the CloudManager
