It's not really professional attitude. How can you leave your customers on the roadside like that? I negotiate a lot with my customer to implement a x-claim wifi network. It was hard and now I need to explain to him that this "professional" solution is over... He will kill me!
Please find a usable solution for after July 2021...

AP is previously claimed by someone else
I have purchased an AP and cannot add it to my Cloud Manager. It keeps telling me that the AP is previously claimed by someone else.
Can anyone help me plz???

We have released an AP firmware update. The newly released firmware version is : 2.2.0.0.29
This update includes several stability enhancements. These enhancements specifically address the issue where some Xclaim APs were going offline.
Please upgrade to the latest firmware version by clicking the “UPGRADE” button in the access points’ configuration page (or) by rebooting the AP twice with a gap of 10 minutes between each reboot.

Steps to configure the AP through CloudManager
1) Perform factory reset of AP even If the AP is already managed by Harmony.
2) Ensure AP is connected to the internet.AP¹s LED should be blinking GREEN after the AP reboots.
3) Sign up for a CloudManager account , by logging in to www.xclaimwireless.com.
4) Login to your CloudManager account and Register your AP using your AP's serial number.
5) Configure Networks(SSIDs) in your CloudManager account.
6) Assign created networks to your registered access point(s). Once this is done, your AP's LED should change to SOLID GREEN and the configured networks will now be broadcast by the AP.

We have released an AP firmware update. The newly released firmware version is : 2.2.0.0.28
This is a CRITICAL AP build that fixes NTP and Certificate issues that were preventing APs from connecting to CloudManager.
If you are currently experiencing the above mentioned issue , please update to this build immediately.
The easiest way to do this is to reboot the AP twice with a gap of 10 minutes between each reboot. Once the APs upgrade to the latest version, they should start communicating with CloudManager immediately.

CloudManager 1.4 and AP Firmware update - COMING SOON!

We have some exciting news! We will be releasing an Xclaim AP firmware update on the 14th of October followed by a CloudManager update(CM 1.4) on the 20th of October.
This update will include support for the following new features:
- Single Hop Mesh for Xi-3 and Xo-1
- Support for RADIUS Accounting
- Radio Power Control
- MSP AP Offline notification enhancements
It will also include fixes and several other enhancements.
All Xclaim APs will automatically download the latest firmware within 24 hours of it’s release. Once they download the update, please reboot the AP or click on the “UPGRADE” button in CloudManager’s Access Points page to upgrade the AP to the latest version.
In order to make use of all the new features , please ensure that all of your APs are updated and running the latest AP firmware version by the time the new CloudManager update is released.

Xclaim AP : Quick setup Guide
• Thank you for purchasing this Xclaim Access Point
• Xclaim recently launched CloudManager to provide you with free cloud based management and control of your access points.
• You will not be able to use CloudManager until you have upgraded the software on your AP. This is a very simple process.
• Please power the AP up and make sure it has access to the internet.
• When the LED turns to solid or blinking green, wait for 5 minutes and please unplug the AP (turn off the power) and wait for 5 seconds and then power the AP up again.
• After the Powering up the AP, the LED will start blinking Green. Now your AP should be ready for use with CloudManager registration and claiming.
• Go to www.xclaimwireless.com and sign up for Free CloudManager and register your AP if you have not done yet.
• Once you have your AP registered with serial number in the CloudManager, LED will turn into Solid Green ( Your AP is claimed by Cloud now)
