Unable to connect to them from cloud. Can someone assist?

Red, had to reboot them manually a few times to get them back online and green.
Can we have a remote session to identify the root cause?
They are all back online now. This has been happening randomly. I think some ISP modems or routers do not play well with the communication to cloud manager. Have you seen this before?
We have seen similar issues earlier when either some ports/traffic is blocked by certain ISPs , or when their DNS doesn't resolve some of the cloudmanager URLs.
This can also happen when the network latency is high.
Would it be possible for you to change the DNS server address to 188.8.131.52 in the DHCP lease provided by the ISP as a quick check?
