When register my AP in cloudmanager I receive following message:
This AP is previously claimed by someone else.
It is mine AP and I can prove it.
What do I need to do to solve this.

Can you please share the photo of the AP showing the serial number and proof of purchase to email@example.com ?

We have removed the access points from the Cloudmanager account that was holding.
Please reset the APs once by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
