Xi3 perfectly functional but always offline in CloudManager

My Xi3 is always "offline" in CloudManager, but it continues to work perfectly fine (i'm currently connetced to WiFi).
I've attempted resetting my Xi3 several times, and it will eventually get detected as "online", but after a few hours, or days, it goes back to being "offline".
Is there anything that can be done to fix this? If i need to change settings on my Xi3 i need to reset it several times then quickly modify its settings while its still detected/online, after which it goes back to being offline.
Again, WiFi is still working and there are no problems there -- i just lose control of the device.
