I have fixed my channels at 11 and 100 for various reasons with cloud manager.
However for some reason the 5ghz band insists on auto changing look for an alternate signal and will not stay fixed at 100.

Can you please factory reset the AP by clicking the RESET button from within the AP's configuration page? This should reset the AP and force the AP to download and re-aply all the configuration.
