RMA process seems to be broken
I sent a few access points in for RMA many months ago, however, there has been no turn-around on hardware being shipped back to me. The links provided in the email to track the request don't work; indicating that the RMA request is invalid. The admins here keep following-up on my requests, but never have any updates that my devices were even received despite providing tracking numbers on my shipments. RMA seems to be a black hole where broken devices go, but none ever return from.
