Cannot Access WAP

I cannot access the WAP via ether the iPhone app or the web interface. I found its IP through my DHCP server and can ping the device. I read elsewhere that the firmware needs to be updated -- am assuming this is happening magically somehow. I have restarted the device manually by unplugging the POE patch cable.
Still cannot access the device!

Hello @Blencowe ,
This could be a symptom of the AP running an older version. Can you do this to verify the AP's version?
Once this is done, you should have access to the AP via Harmony and the AP's Web GUI.

It looks like my firmware will not update:

I seem to be on Version: 1.0.0.0.32 when I start & it is on Version: 1.0.0.0.32 when it ends...! Your reply says it should be on 10.0.0.0.91
The XO-1 is a brick at the moment as it has not replied to anything since I got it.
I did a reboot & it upgraded to 2.0.0.0.352. Everything is working fine now:

So the unit had a really old version of the firmware on it & it was not updating properly by rebooting like it is supposed to.
Not very good at all but at least it is working on both the web page & the iPad

Hello ,
Glad to know you have it working with the latest version now. After the upgrade is complete, you would have had to perform a reboot to load 91 into the active partition and for the AP to load with that image.
