Registration Troubleshooting w/ Pre-owned Xo-1

I have just bought a pre-owned Xo-1 here in Sydney that was returned to Wirelessgear soon after purchase by it's prior with no field use. I am unable to register the Serial Number of the unit via CloudManager as it has been done so by it's previous owner. As a result, I am unable to configure the device. Currently, the router will only produce a red LED light when connected to the PoE and attempting to connect via Harmony (which does detect 'claim-setup wireless network) produces the error message: "This device is currently unreachable. Please check your network and try again."
