Reset and recover AP without user/pass of the account cloud

Hi,

I have to recover several AP's but the old IT left and didn't gave to the company who boyght the AP's the account from cloud. Right now the client have an issue and we ccan't access the AP's to solve it. So the soution is to restore al the AP's and put them in a new cloud account! Is tgis possible???
