xi-2 has been deleted from cloud manager

Hi I have an Xi-2 that i was having trouble with but have since found another network issue, however i had already tried resetting the AP and had difficulty so I deleted it from the cloud account, then tried adding it again and it says "unavailable", AP LED flashes green 3 times then pauses for a few seconds then flashes 3 times again etc, cant seem to do anything with it now, please help.....
