Cannot add Xi-3 back to Cloud Manager
I was having some issues with connectivity and as I have done in the past, I deleted my Xi-3 config from Cloud Manager and attempted to add it back. I now cannot get it setup correctly.
- I enter serial number an other requested information
- The AP shows up in the display but what has changed is that Cloud Manager will not display its MAC address or an IP address.
- My router shows but an assigned IP address and the MAC address associated with it.
- The Xi-3 is broadcasting the 'xclaim-setup' SSID and I can connext to this SSID from a wirelsss device and gain internet access.
Can someone suggest what I can do to fix this??
